Leadership Vail Valley advances established community leaders in their lives and careers using the Institute's inside-first framework.
Working closely with peers in their community, participants meet approximately every other Friday for four months. Using the Institute’s inside-first framework, guest and Institute facilitators help participants discover the effective use of skills from the foundation of their values and purpose. The pace and frequency of the course promotes the integration of participants’ insights into all aspects of their lives. Individuals leave with new a understanding of leadership and practical tools to apply what they have learned to their work, community and personal lives.
The program is underwritten by grants from local municipalities and businesses allowing the Institute to keep participant costs low. Leadership Vail Valley is offered each year in a fall session and is open to developing leaders in the public, private and non-profit sectors on a nomination basis.
