Community is not a course or a book or eating out. It is individuals engaged in social work and interaction. It is a bond in common experience.
To encourage this bond, the Vail Leadership Institute endeavors not only to bring people together but also to engage them in intellectual exercise in a welcoming environment.
The Perspectives on Potential Film Series is open to anyone who would like to attend. After viewing a short film on a topic, participants gather into smaller groups to engage in a dialogue on the subject. The relaxing atmosphere of the Arrowhead Alpine Club encourages the respectful and enlightening conversations that follow. Delicious cookies, courtesy of Foods of Vail, and tea and coffee make this a truly different night out.
