Exploring Leadership

The skills-based training so common in the business world is invaluable to professional development. At some point we recognize, however, the need to shift from rote management to intuitive leadership.

Exploring Leadership introduces young or emerging leaders to essential practices such as communication and time management within the inside-first framework. It is a first practical step to recognizing one’s own influence on effective best practices.

Participants connect with community peers as they learn to approach all facets of their lives with a sense of purpose and with a clear understanding of their values.
