As a participant in the Building Your Business program each firm receives $7,500 in seed funding from the Peak Performers Fund in exchange for a 3% equity stake in the business, and a 3% royalty for five years.

Overview
The Entrepreneurs BaseCamp is an accelerator blending leadership development with business planning. The programs combine people, thinking and resources in a collaborative environment with the goal of building excellent, ethical and enduring businesses.
The concept draws elements from three successful entities; TechStars of Boulder, the Social Venture Network of Seattle, and the Kauffman Foundation of Kansas City. In essence, the purpose is to build new successful businesses through our Inside First process that seeks to integrate head and heart. Additionally, BaseCamp provides expert mentors to help accelerate the entrepreneur’s growth.

Building Your Business
Accelerating to Peak Performance
A three-month program providing a comprehensive real-world business growth and personal leadership development experience. Participants will validate and update their plan to grow their business. This program will is offered three times a year in the winter, summer, and fall. As a graduate of the program you will be linked with a support structure and mentorship over a 5 year period to assist you in achieving that peak performance.
