The Vail Leadership Institute is a learning community and network of people interested in exploring leadership principles and practices that work in organizations and communities. Our purpose is to "cultivate ethical, effective leaders" who serve society for the common good.

We believe that people naturally hunger for a more balanced life and a healthy world. And when we discover a deep sense of purpose connected to our heart, mind and spirit we can realize our personal leadership potential to make more meaningful contributions to society.

For the past six years, the Vail Leadership Institute has served the Rocky Mountain region by shaping leaders who serve their communities. Now the Institute is poised to influence change on a larger scale through a national expansion made possible by significant support from throughout Colorado.

Your association with the Institute supports our efforts to offer "inside-first" leadership programs that help people to live with a greater sense of purpose.
