Emerging Leaders are defined as individuals approximately 28 – 40 years of age who are coming into leadership roles in their careers, families, and communities. Emerging Leaders have been out in the marketplace for several years now. They have received an excellent grounding from their college years and yet the pressures of everyday life have set-in. Managing a career; paying the mortgage; perhaps creating a family; and still wanting to make meaningful contributions to their world.
Developing Leaders are defined as 41 – 55 years of age who hold positions as presidents, owners, and higher level executive officers from companies of all sizes. These are leaders who recognize good ideas and the importance of leading from the Inside First™. Developing Leaders are interested in further life coaching to help produce better result. In addition, this demographic is fascinated by the opportunity to work with others in similar situations building from the proverb that says “iron sharpens iron.”
Seasoned Leaders are defined as 56+ years of age who are interested in fostering the development of their community while honing in on their own purposes for the next chapter of life. These individuals are “bridge-builders” who carry out this charge by supporting the development of emerging leaders. Seasoned leaders have an active interest in leveraging their time, talents, and treasure to significantly advance community organizations and initiatives. Their overwhelming urge is to turn success into significance.
