The Institute's consulting services range from group facilitation to leadership development. Much of this work can be conducted through proven modules in character formation, skills training and relationship and team building. Also a business planning process is available using the "Alignment Model," a collaborative leadership process that aligns leaders around the core tenets of purpose, values and vision, and subsequently through goals, strategy, action planning and other critical planning steps. All of this work can be custom tailored to meet specific needs.

The purpose here is to help people understand how to produce results through effective planning. While money, talent and energy are all important, time is our most precious resource.

This half-day workshop examines the situations of leadership using the seasons as a metaphor.
